Senior Fellow Randy Harrison is quoted in the Fort Morgan Times story “City clerk gets certified as public manager” that ran on Jan. 25, 2017. “We have a very diverse but dedicated group who basically come to the program to improve their knowledge and skills to move up,” he said. Harrison said the program was meant to serve working professionals, who could go to school on weekends while employed full time. “The skills and knowledge which we build in this program is designed to produce managers who can bring more efficient, more effective problem-solving to their local communities,” Harrison said.
