“Malcolm Baldrige Awards: Quality in Local Government” was the topic of the Buechner Breakfast First Friday on March 4, 2016. Panelists for the event included:
- Doug Gilbert, Board Chair of Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence, the Baldrige regional program for Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana
- Darin Atteberry, City Manager for the City of Fort Collins
- David Edinger, Chief Performance Officer for the City and County of Denver
- Lowell Kruse, former President and CEO of Heartland Health in St. Joseph, Missouri, which received the Baldrige Award in 2009
Dr. Benoy Jacob, Assistant Professor at the School of Public Affairs and Director of the Buechner Institute’s Center for Local Government, served as the moderator.
