Public-private partnerships are frameworks for collaboration, innovation and finance across all of our public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The challenges and opportunities to deliver efficiency, productivity and innovation as we finance, build, manage and maintain our infrastructure are part of our national and Colorado dialogue, as we face limited public resources. And our communities are still recovering from major disasters, impacting our infrastructure, even as we have to prepare for future events.

How can public-private partnerships be used to capture the greatest value and leverage resources to help our communities and meet our cross-sector infrastructure investments needs? How can we improve our capacity to prevent, respond to, and recover from natural and human-caused disasters through eective public-private collaboration?
